what I usually do is to let them see and compare the Bible to any other religious books around:
Bible to Sanskrit
Bible to Cultic books like the “the Book of Angel Moroni”
Bible to Quran
etc.
How many authors wrote these books?
How many years in the making are these books?
What is the central theme of these books?
The point is, we have to allow them to see how reliable the Bible is compare to any other books ever written.

I accepted Christ for over ten years now. since that time, not too long I have decided to join others in evangelism and encouraging people to follow Christ.

I present the gospel at Celebrate Recovery. One man said he felt that the Bible was a fairy tale and Adam and Eve are the perfect example along with a talking serpent who deceives them. How could the human race come about by 2 people which would point to inbreeding and could not have happened.
I took the offense and explained the reliability of the Bible, 1500 years and 40 authors with the same scarlet thread from Genesis to Revelation. The scarlet thread of redemption
I did not answer the objection about Adam and Eve and the human race. I would like your response.
Faith in God must be unwavering. Faith is the ingredient of genuine relationship with God. Some questionings can take us back from the way of God. There are certain things we may not comprehend without the spirit ministering specially to us. So we must believe God because we believe him and understand that his ways are higher than our ways. We cannot use the human wisdom to assess God or his words. The Bible says that the things of God are foolishness to the wise of this world.
Whatever it is, the story of Adam and Eve points to the fact that God is the source of mankind and that to him we must give our allegiance. I do tell people who are questioning that we have nothing to lose if we believe and accept the word of God as it is. When eventually it is proven as it would, we would not have lost out and if for whatever reason we find it is not, what would one have lost? Nothing!
I came across this site as i was think about, inreach and outreach ministry of the church, as a way of growing the church. i find the resources here very useful and helpful. I will need your update on regular basis.

Thanks for the question Ron. In a situation like this, it sounds as if the man in your example would like to continue arguing finer points of his objections to keep from acknowledging the issue of sin. Understanding the context within which you are able to minister to him, it would not be surprising to find general defensiveness and avoidance of self-examination when it comes to our own fallen nature. In a circumstance like this we are best comforted with the knowledge that contact is our job and conversion is God’s job. While it may sound like a cop-out, in reality, your friends defensive nature would prevent him from hearing any vital apologetic points you may even be able to share anyway. If he was genuinely seeking to learn rather than to mock, he might be open to listening. Whenever that is not the case though, you cannot argue someone to saving faith or convince them through logic and reason. It may be that you are at a point of letting go and trusting in the work of the Holy Spirit and His leading. To further pursue the point, however, suggest to him that you could loan him a book by Lee Strobel or Josh McDowell—both were unbelievers at one time who have done excellent work in defending the rationality of our faith from their unique vantage point. I say loan because that gives you an opportunity to follow up with him at a later date and revisit the topic.

I believe that there is a GOD, but he is not the petty GOD that the bible speaks of. GOD gave us free will ! His creations are perfect according to him, not us! We seem to think it’s all about us. My GOD created worlds.You think he has time to worry about us obeying him. He gave us this world to subdue it, not to undo it ! Live your life, utalize every material you can get you hands on.Don’t worry about pleasing GOD,he is pleased with HIS work not ours.We will never be on his level, ever! This world is GODS perfect plan not OURS! stop getting it twisted! Stop trying to brainwash people because you are afraid that if there is no GOD that there is no heaven. Heaven and Hell are here on Earth! We all experience pain, pleasure,hapiness,sorrow,death,life at some time our lives! They are all just seasons. Which season are you in now?
I dont wont people to think that GOD has man qualities but we have his qualities! He is not like us! He has the ability to create without predjudice! Anything that we don’t understand about this world is not GODS problem, it is ours! Whatever GOD has created, realize that it is perfect and that it needs no changing by silly little humans who thinks that God is impressed by them. It should be the other way around! Be impressed by GOD, even with the things that you can not understand! My GOD is LOVE!!!!!! Blacks,whites,gays,murderers are all understood by GOD thats why they exist ! GOD is all’ the good and the bad, the weak and the strong ! GOD is a perfect TRILLION ct. flawless DIAMOND with dementions that a dumm human could never understand!!!
